The LiftOperator Intelligent Control is the most technologically advanced pool lift control on the market. With an emergency stop button that can stop the lift mid-cycle and an audible safety alert that can bring a stranded user to the attention of your facility personnel, the LiftOperator ensures user safety. The control's internal memory stores information about pool lift usage that can be pulled onto a standard USB drive, and uploaded onto your computer for analysis.
The LiftOperator w/activation key is no longer available.

As of 1.2.18, all new pool lift orders into California feature LiftOperators with California Energy Commission (CEC) compliant battery charging systems. The 2018 CEC compliant LiftOperator control boxes, batteries and charging systems are not compatible with the standard LiftOperator units. Customers in California will be required to provide the serial number of their pool lift when ordering replacement LiftOperator components.For more information, please visit srsmith.com/CEC2018.

Returns
- There is a 25% restocking fee for ALL returned items that are not defective. Returned products must be in selling condition as new.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping parts or products back to SR Smith at his/her own expense.
- Shipping for items qualifying for free shipping will be deducted from remaining credit of eligible refund item.
- The purchaser must obtain a Return Manufacturer’s Authorization Number (RMA #) from All Terrain Medical & Mobility.
- Do not return units or parts without an RMA #. Returned units or parts without a proper RMA number will be refused or returned at the shipper’s expense.
- The product must be packaged carefully and clearly marked with an RMA # so that a credit can be processed accurately. Improper packaging may cause shipping damage to the product being returned. This will impact the amount of credit to be refunded. All damaged parts or units must be replaced and/or repaired at the sender’s expense.
- Units and Parts must be returned within 15 business days from date of purchase.
