Cushion Warranty:
Each Supracor cushion is carefully inspected to provide peak performance and is guaranteed to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date it is shipped,
provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 24 months from the
shipment date, Supracor will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge.
We offer a full two year warranty on our Stimulite Classic/XS/Sling, Bariatric, Contoured/XS/Sling,
Slimline/XS/Sling, Sliver, Smart, Sport, Corbee Pediatric and Contoured Pediatric Cushions.
The warranty includes material defects caused by the manufacturer. The warranty does not include daily
wear and tear, including punctures, tears, burns, or customer abuse of any of the cushion components,
or damage that is a result of disregarding specific washing instructions (hand and/or machine cleaning).
Cushion covers are under a 90-day warranty. The warranty includes material defects caused by the
manufacturer. This warranty does not include: cigarette burns, damage to the cover by sharp objects
that may cause tears or color changes as a result of not washing the cover separately.
Return Policy:
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you need to return an item for a
replacement, our customer service department is happy to assist you. All returns require preauthorization from Supracor and are subject to a restocking fee and shipping and handling
costs. Warranty returns are not subject to the restocking fees. Please follow these guidelines to ensure
that your return is processed promptly:
1. Call 877.255.8371 and ask to speak with a customer service representative. Have the date of
purchase, invoice number and serial number ready. The representative will issue you an RMA number
via email.
2. Products must be returned with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. All
returns are subject to inspection before a credit can be issued.
3. Products must be returned with every item that came in the original package (i.e. laundry bag,
cover, etc.) as well as a copy of the original packing list or sales order and/or the receipt.
4. Non-warranty returns must be unused (new & clean).
5. Non-warranty returns must have an RMA number within 30 days and be returned within 60 days
of purchase.
6. Any deviation from the above will prohibit a credit.
7. Supracor will issue the determined credit amount within 30 days of receipt of the product after
inspection and approval.
8. All standard size products returned are subject to a restocking charge.
9. Non-standard sizes will be taken on a case by case basis and are subject to a restocking
charge.
10. Special cut cushions are not eligible for return. Please make sure all special cut diagrams are
accurate before submitting them to Supracor.

Stimulite® honeycomb can be hand laundered or machine washed in cold water, using a gentle cycle. If your Stimulite honeycomb product includes a cover, wash the honeycomb and cover separately. Use only a small amount (~1 TBSP) of mild detergent. DO NOT USE CHLORINE BLEACH. After washing, shake the honeycomb to remove excess water and then either let it air dry or tumble dry on low heat in the dryer. Do not dry honeycomb with wet clothes as this causes heat retention which can damage the honeycomb.
All Stimulite cushions and support surfaces come with their own mesh laundry bag for machine washing and drying.
*Use front load washers only as agitator can damage honeycomb.
