One Year: Motor
Three Years: Lift Assembly
Five Years: Docking Bracket
TRILIFT warrants its mobility lift system and wireless remote to the original purchaser for one (1) year.
TRILIFT warrants its mobility lift system assembly to the original purchaser for three (3) years.
TRILIFT warrants its mobility lift system docking bracket to the original purchaser for five (5) years.
This warranty is the only written express warranty given by TRILIFT.
TRILIFT warrants our lift systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods listed above.
Our obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement, in our option, of this product during the warranty period.
This warranty is limited and does not cover the following:
- The finish on metal and plastic parts including but not limited to paint, powder coating, and plating.
- Damage due to an accident, collision, natural disaster, weather, misuse, or improper installation.
- Damage due to unauthorized alteration to either the lift assembly or the docking bracket.
- Damage to the trailer hitch or the transporting vehicle is installed on due improper hitch selection or hitch installation.
TRILIFT shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the shortest duration of the above warranty. The applicable state laws covering warranties can differ so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The legal rights you may have under this warranty may vary depending on which state you purchase the product in.
Returns
- There is a 25% restocking fee for ALL returned items that are not defective. Returned products must be in selling condition as new.
- The customer is responsible for shipping parts or product back to TRILIFT at his/her own expense.
- Shipping for items qualifying for free shipping will be deducted from the remaining credit of eligible refund item.
- The purchaser must obtain a Return Manufacturer's Authorization Number (RMA#) from All Terrain Medical & Mobility.
- Do not return units or parts without an RMA#. Returned units or parts without proper RMA number will be refused or returned at the shipper's expense.
- The product must be packaged carefully and clearly marked with an RMA# so that a credit can be processed accurately. Improper packaging may cause shipping damage to the product being returned. This will impact the amount of credit to be refunded. All damaged parts or units must be replaced and/or repaired at the sender's expense.
