Warranty: 1 .This written limited warranty constitutes the final complete and exclusive statement of warranty terms. No person or organization is authorized to make any other specific or implied warranties or representations on behalf of US Pool Lifts, Inc. 2. The warranties set forth herein are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, which are hereby disclaimed and excluded, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. 3. The sole and exclusive remedies for breach of any and all warranties with respect to the products shall be limited to repair or replacement at US Pool Lifts’ designated factory location, or duly appointed distributor, or in place at US Pool Lifts’ option. In no event shall US Pool Lifts’ liability exceed the entire amount paid to US Pool Lift, Inc. by the original purchaser for the failed or defective product. 4. In no event shall US Pool Lifts be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages or lost profits from any breach of this limited warranty or otherwise. US Pool Lifts have the following warranty: -Frames — Lifetime (not including the powder coat finish) -Battery — 1 Year from date of purchase -Chair, Actuator and Controls — 4 years from date of purchase This warranty does not cover damages to any of our lifts due to damage by improper use of chemicals, fading, ice damage, fire, rust beyond structural damage (does not cover cosmetic rust), exceeding the weight capacity for model purchased, failure to install or to assemble the product in accordance with the installation and assembly instructions, normal wear and tear from day to day use, not maintained properly, accident, abuse, negligence or misuse. If the unit is altered or repaired without written approval of US Pool Lifts, Inc.-all warranties are void. To initiate a warranty claim, the owner of the US Pool Lifts product must provide in writing: place of purchase, serial number, dates of installation and purchase, description of product and exact nature of the reason for the warranty claim. All returns must be authorized by US Pool Lifts and must have a RA (return authorization) number. 3. Once the RA is issued, the product must be returned within 21 days to receive credit. 4. The customer is responsible for all freight and shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to an error of US Pool Lifts. 5. The product must be in new condition with no scratches, cracks, or modifications. The credit will not be issued until the product has been inspected and deemed suitable for resale. 6. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for the return. 7. Orders cancelled after shipping has occurred are subject to the standard return policy. 8. If an order is refused at delivery, return freight and shipping costs will be deducted from the credit along with a 20% restocking fee. 9. The approved credit will be issued within 10 business days after receipt of the returned product. If you paid via credit card, All-Terrain Medical & Mobility will issue a credit to the credit card used for purchase. If you paid via check/money order/cash or electronically, a check will be issued.
